I would never send anyone here, they are very belittling. I requested information on how to apply for assistance for a security deposit. Specifically Carla Charles replied very rudely, I have attached her response. This was after I called and emailed and emailed again. "Unfortunately, things do not work like that. We do not just hand the security to our clients like that" It took me two weeks to receive that response. There was no interest in my situation or call. I never asked for a hand out, I simply needed help and asked if there were any programs I could apply for. This is a non profit organization meant to help people and thankfully I was able to get help elsewhere. I am working mother and was never looking for a handout and thats how she worded things to me. Terrible.

I give PROCEED Inc. five stars because the gentleman at the front window/desk is always so kind,polite, friendly and respectful. He's always happy to help. Thank you!

No me quiero enfocar en las instalaciones que están bastante bien, exelencia tipo A. Me voy ubicando mejor en su grupo de personas. Desde el primer momento que entras máxima confidencialidad cara sonrientes y alegres y un grupo de personas agradables dispuestos a escucharte y ayudarte en todo lo que estén a su alcance. Con un alto potencial y sentido del compromiso con el ser humano, realmente entre su hospitalidad y las reuniones del grupo LGBTI+ es increíble sentirte como si llegaras a un segundo hogar.

I need help and supposedly they aren't available until Friday because the whole Proceed utility assistance is away or on vacation until then. How are we supposed to get help?

I was sent there by someone i used to trust, they didn't even try to help me and the person who sent me there has done nothing but badmouth me to anyone and everyone ever since for no reason at all. I refuse to speak to this person now about anything. I don't even know why he is badmouthing me. I have never been arrested, I don't drink alcohol, I'm not a drug addict. I'm physically disabled require four surgeries to walk again, and I truly needed the help. I'm a nice Christian woman who is homeless and I received zero help from proceed. They pretty much ignored me kept pushing me off on others. They saw how I barely walk with a cane. Not a good experience for me and the man who referred me to them won't stop hurting me, harassing me, lying about me.

Had no consideration to try to help a 27% burned disabled veteran with security deposit rent assistance. The person in charge of that department does not care and just passes the ball or ignores the situation...

I want to Sincerely thank Ms.India ,for her kindness, she has help me so much.this has been a hard year for me, and she took the time to help me & make me feel secure in what I was dealing with, it’s people like her that makes this world a better place. I Highly recommend speaking with her.., I hope Proceeds reads this and understands not everyone there is like her. She’s AMAZING at her job. I Thank God for putting me with the right person who cared and sent me the documents to fill out for my cooling .. it has been SO financially hard for me. I can’t thank her enough!!
