When my hot water tank sprung a leak, I called four plumbers. First couldn't do it until next week, second and third were slow(er) to respond. George replied right away and said that he could have a crew over right after lunch. The crew was fast, professional and very thorough -- I had working hot water within 2-1/2 hours (basement, easy access, your mileage may vary depending on what else is involved) While it pays to compare prices, the customer service and satisfaction from Project Services was top notch and I will be putting them at the top of my call list next time!

The only type of problem with these type review platforms is that it doesn’t allow you to leave a 1,000 Star review and it limits you to only 5 stars. Project Services is a company committed to quality and professionalism led by the most honest, fair and committed owner that you will ever have the opportunity to meet. George is truly the best. Hands down, there is no one better qualified, willing and capable so look no farther for any of your plumbing needs. I typically don’t leave reviews but I could not pass up this opportunity (and I do mean opportunity) to let you know about the stellar work that Project Services performs. They have been in business for decades which speaks volumes to their commitment and integrity to customers both new and existing alike. Don’t need plumbing work? Need just about anything built, fixed, installed, etc? Again, look bo further. They are your one-stop shop for any of your residential and commercial needs. You will not be disappointed with your end product especially with their extremely reasonable and fair pricing and scheduling.

I used Project Services on three separate occasions a number of years ago. Each time, they were thorough and professional. The first time, they were the second company brought in to look at replacing a water heater. They walked me through the potential complicating issues first and did not try to up sell me on anything. The second time, a different person replaced a vanity and faucet, and made sure it looked right despite not having access to the same tiles. The third time, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a shower/bathtub leak at pretty minimal cost. In each instance I was at the mercy of professionals who easily could have upsold or over-charged me. I really appreciate how they run their business here.

We had the main valve on the water line going into the house from our well lot go bad... water was going into the crawlspace...definitely an emergency. After making a call to My Project Services, a tech was here within an hour and the repair was done quickly... VERY PROFESSIONAL and reasonable prices too. I would trust George and his staff with any plumbing job!! SO GLAD to have found a reputable and honest business! A+++

Very professional and always clean the worksite very well and haul replaced hardware/appliance and all the trash without asking. George has become my good friend. I own a 90 year old home with the original plumbing and have been using Project Services Inc. for over 10 years for dozens of repairs and installations. Project Services have continued to be creative problem solvers while remaining fairly priced and always demonstrating the upmost integrity. I strongly recommend them.

My home warranty company assigned them to fix the leak in my toilet. While plumber was replacing the new valve, I asked him if I could attach my new bidet to the valve while he is replacing it. Plumber said yes and it took me hardly couple of minutes to hook my bidet to the new valve. He did not mention that I will be charged extra for it. I was shocked and appalled to learn that the owner now wanted to charge me extra for bidet installation since I used "plumber's expertise". Plumber also insisted to the owner that he didn't really do anything but the owner was downright rude and condescending. Felt like a total rip off!
