I had a fantastic experience working with this company and its personnel. Like many home owners, it's been a learning process to sift out the companies that care and are invested in their relationships with their customers, and those that don't. The folks at Propane Depot clearly care and it came across in many of our various interactions with different members of their team during the installation of two 1000 gallon tanks (not a small job), along with hooking them up to a new propane boiler and water heater. They are also very transparent about their pricing for propane delivery. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience with Propane Depot and the associates was seamless . They always responded to My questions or concerns in a timely manner. I could call, text or Email them. Their pricing was below my other estimates and they gave me sourses for my generator and electrician. They were professional, friendly and efficient which was much appreciated in this day and age. Jeff and Rob were absolute pros, while lifting and replacing a 500-gallon tank, they managed to get a Bobcat backhoe through my gate with barely an inch to spare. Their precision and skill were seriously impressive. Not only was their work top-notch, but the pricing was unbeatable. Propane Depot quoted me less than half of what two other companies offered, I saved thousands! On top of that, they got my pool heater up and running when I thought I was going to need a full replacement. This is a family-owned business that truly delivers expert service with integrity. Great service and team. You can separate the mediocre from the outstanding by how they deal with problems. Issues and misunderstandings will always come up. It's how they are dealt with that makes all the difference. After a misunderstanding that was initially frustrating, the Propane Depot team, in particular Howard, handled it very professionally and have ensured that I remain a happy customer for years to come.
