Proper HVAC

After a few months of weird sounds and inconsistent cooling, I decided to have the AC checked. We’ve lived in this home for over a decade and never replaced it. I called John at Proper HVAC because a coworker had used him before. He came out, explained what was happening, and gave me a realistic view of where things stood. We talked it over at home and decided it was time. The new AC system was installed a few days later and made a noticeable difference immediately

He walked me through what was going on without pushing anything. Replacing the system made the most sense. Everything runs smoothly now, and we finally get consistent cooling in every room.
