Patrick was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took his time inspecting the system thoroughly and explaining everything in a way that made sense to me. He didn’t rush through anything, he made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and what my options were moving forward. What stood out most was his honesty. He didn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary work. Instead, he focused on what truly needed to be done and walked me through the process step-by-step. Patrick genuinely cares about his work and his clients. It’s hard to find people who are not only good at what they do, but also patient, respectful, and trustworthy. I’d recommend him to anyone needing AC work.

Before coming out check for service call charge was referred by relative.Came out due to heating issue and was told that repair cost would be $890.00, part and laber.Was not told of service charge of $131. Was told that multiple parts were bad . Well control board was bad, which only cost $104 from A1 appliance and $25 from Amazon. but he wanted $900 to fix unit. Would not recommend save about $750 .For that much probably best to go with replica Well known companies

Just got a text for annual service call needs, when I told him no thanks I had to pay a guy to rewire after he installed my heater..he argued and said he only recharged my A/C system…through AMS. I sent him a copy of the invoice he billed over the home warranty company charge…obviously just as good at book keeping as repair work.

I had them out for a leak on my mini split then a month later it stopped cooling. I had to chase after to first complete the work the first time and then to get a quote on reinstall. When I decided to go through my home warranty, Patrick told me he would tell them I need a new coil. I would have to pay a little out of pocket for parts that I didn’t have but he would put the claim in. Then he reports to the warranty company that it was faulty installation not wear and tear. He is the only one that worked on the unit. After they denied the claim I found another contractor that did it for 1/3rd the price.

Patrick was very responsive and flexible on timing to come and repair our AC unit. We appreciated his honesty on pricing/estimating, punctuality, and how quickly he resolved our problem. Would highly recommend!

These guys were wonderful! Friendly, communicative, professional, followed COVID safety protocols. Diagnosed my issue immediately and fixed it. Installed a smart thermostat that was being a little tricky, but stayed and thoroughly tested it to make sure it was up and fully functional before leaving. Found them through my home warranty after have a very bad experience with one of American Home Shield's other go-to contractors (Express Heating and Air). Will definitely request them in the future.

Patrick Prosper is very UNPROFESSIONAL. He was called to provide service and upon a follow up call to confirm, I expressed to him that we had found some else in short order and forgot to call him, he proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NEVER solicit his services again. As a professional, he should’ve understood that a six hour wait to receive AC service in New Orleans in June is a stretch especially if one works from home.
