Public Storage

I am so grateful For This storage place. I had never used one before so when they accepted me I was so excited. And they are really nice, I had lost my storage keys and did not know what to do. So they replaced my key lock for a combo lock for my protection, I thought that was really sweet of them.

The property manager Alisha was an excellent help today I was very satisfied with my overall experience she was very nice with my grandmother and I that was my first time doing business with them and i would be back without a doubt

I recently went into this location and had a great first time experience! They say first impression is everything so I must say I really appreciate Ms.Alisha and her great customer service and for being so welcoming! She is a great and hard working employee

The young lady at the counter I think her name Alisha she was very sweet and friendly had a nice smile and helped me with all my stuff..she needs a raise.

I had an appointment yesterday at 4:30pm with the property manager at 6049 N. 77th in Milwaukee, WI, to see if the door to the storage unit was wide enough to store a utility trailer. I arrived 5 minutes early and saw the property manager go into the office and locked the door. I knocked on the door, but there was no answer. I called customer service, and they gave me the property manager's phone number. I called the number but there was no answer and so I left a message regarding my 4:30 appointment. My husband and I sat in our car until 5:00pm, with no response from the property manager. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was given to myself "a potential customer". You're so quick to try and get money over the phone for a unit rental but when it comes down to in person customer service, the property manager gives the cold shoulder even though I made an appointment to speak to them. Public Storage is the worst storage company I have ever dealt with, and it's not just that one location. Because, after I left that location, I called other Public Storage's in the area, and again, at every location the property manager's never answered the phone. I am very disgusted by the lack of customer service. I will NEVER use Public Storage, and you tell all my family and friends to never use you guys for any storage needs. If I could have rated you with a zero, I would have.

I highly recommend public storage and I thank Alisha for all her help. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t had got the best customer service experience that I’ve received !

Miranda was excellent help me out made sure that all of my questions were answered she was wonderful
