My experience with the front desk guy is terrible. He increased rent more than 20 percent at a time, and do not give mailing notice. This has happened to me twice. He insisted that he has sent email notice, and claim the email notice went to my spam folder. That is unreasonable way of notice. The worst is that he does not allow me to access my unit after i paid my regular rent pending increase dispute. His goal is to get your items and auction them. This is my worst self storage experience.

Was looking to store in a couple weeks, came into the store and was met with Christian and Jacob, they were both very friendly and ready to help me. I got to see a space that I’m interested in and the facility was very clean. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to store here

I had a wonderful experience with Christian the attendant that assisting me with the storage rental. He was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The office and rental space was very clean. I am very comfortable choosing this location.

The sales lady Desiree was very friendly and helpful I have been customer of public storage in Pomona now Rancho Cucamonga we was renting 5 by 5 up street from us raised rent from 120 to 190 so we moved back to public storage and paying less and bigger storage at public storage so yes I recommend public storage

Download the app. Call the local team to set up an arrival tour. Move in. It really is that simple. Christian gave me an app demo, walked me through the multiple ways for site access at the gates, doors, and unit. Very professional and friendly. There are plenty of security measures in place at this location. Facility and my unit is very clean. Supplies are available for purchase and slightly lower than local stores and online.

Terrible experience with Public Storage, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. As someone moving in from out of state, I reserved a storage unit online and chose PS on Arrow based on its good reviews. Upon my move date, I visited the facility 3 different times to get a few questions answered before the move. No one was there, despite it being during normal business hours. I called multiple times, no one answered. I cancelled the unit without moving in due to the terrible customer service, but am still being charged for the month.

Desiree did a great job resolving my issue. I was frustrated when I first got here because there had been no communication for a previous problem. I saw Desiree and she took the time to resolve the issue. Thank you Desiree. You represented well .
