Public Storage

After 6 years of paying $159 a month for my storage unit at cromwell Road, my monthly rate increased by $30 without any notification. Rightfully so, i left a review about it. Yesterday i got an e mail they were increasing it again, another$30 to $220 and the late fee was going up to $44 as well… so in under 4 months my rate goes from 159 to 220 with an increased late fee…. i dislike how they targeted me for rightfully telling my story but i also dislike how the push people to use their 1 review of a company at the commencement of a relationship. Because then you can’t tell people how they did you wrong down the line

Tory was absolutely wonderful. She helped me get all set up, and find the best deal for what I needed. I appreciated she knew the procedures so she could share them to make my life easier. I appreciate the help because I was frazzled. Lol Thanks again, Tory.

Thank you Christina for providing me above and beyond unexpected customer service! What made me upset with Public Storage she totally changed my situation and wasn’t even really asking for help just venting !!! She deserves a HUGE kuddos and pay raise!!! I also want to give a huge shout out to Karen, Craig, and Shadda for assisting me yet again this past Sunday (08/31/25) this whole team at this location needs recognition and a pay raise!!

John and Karen have the kindest demeanor. Genuine help. Great customer service. Treats you like a human. Goes above and beyond to get your needs completed.
