I came to help my mom grab a few things since the heat was really picking up, and we wanted to get in and out quickly. The property manager happened to come by and generously offered us water to keep us hydrated. Such a thoughtful gesture! Working in customer services for 15+, I know little gestures like this make a difference so it was greatly appreciated!

Amazing establishment! Marlene was wonderful to speak to and helped me out with anything I needed. The grounds are clean and the staff was phenomenal!

I like hassle free, simple and quick! Angie assist with find the right storage space. I was luck to get a climate controlled space for a fair price. She's very informative and professional about find you the right space. I was originally looking at the Irwindale public storage. Kudos Angie

Words alone cannot describe the amount of appreciation I have for the people working at this Public Storage! Marlene, Eric, & Richard are people with hearts of gold! I have been renting at this place for about a year and they have been some of the only people to have made anything in my life easier! I had rented at 3 other different storage facilities prior to coming here and can say from experience that this building is far more secure than any other you’ll find in the area as they do not allow access outside of office hours. The climate controlled units are kept perfectly cold year round. And they are all privately contained with enclosed ceilings in each unit not like other places which have only chicken wire separating the tops of each unit. They don’t do rent increases that frequently either I think only once per year which is very fair. Extra space storage increased my rent 4 times in one year. Public Storage in Azusa is hands down the best place to store your stuff.

Eric helped me out and went above and beyond making sure i was taken care of and felt like a valued customer. Would recommend 10/10

This team of girls is rad. The awesome property manager Tabitha and her crew (Anessa, Vicky & Josyln) are ALWAYS helpful to me. They even set up my account online... I’m not very tech savvy. Ha!
