Air ASAP is an awesome company! I have had them before the pandemic. During and after the pandemic I forgot to do the cleaning until now. I’m glad they called me for the following up after so many years since last visit. Roger and his team spent a great time (more than 3 hours) today. They carefully checked both A/C units, vacuumed all 23 vents, sanitized all the grids. Especially cleaned the dryer vent which was the most important area (refer the picture below). Thank you for your wonderful work! See you in two years.

Mike and his team came out on Friday, September 13th to perform a new system install. Overall, the experience was great. The team was very professional, clean and always patient to answer any questions I had. The new system works well and we would gladly go back to Loyal Blue in the future.

The entire crew who came to my home were nice and thorough in their assessment. It was time to replace the AC and we are happy with our decision. Reasonable price tag. We will always use Air ASAP.

I'd like to say we had a good experience with this company. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The workers came in, and told my husband that they had to clean around our furnace, even though we told them we wanted vent cleaning only My husband found a leftover part from somewhere in our system on our counter. They also lost several screws to the hatch that enclosed are A/C unit. The ones that they did use to fix it were drywall screws. They drilled them directly into our drywall, and not into the actual housing unit. Also, they did not clean up afterwards, and there was dust and pieces of drywall all over the place. We will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Very professional, respectful, efficient and honest. I would recommend the crew you sent out to anyone. the head technician was Humberto both men were fantastic. I have had other companies out before that try to up sell you. They did not they checked all air vents and dryer vent. They determined that the air vents were clean however they could a problem with the dryer vent and cleaned it. Thank you so much!

So I spoke with the owner, Dominic and we set up a appointment to get my hvac pipes cleaned. He gave me a 3 hour window. Not only did they show up on time they were early. That has never happened to me before. His crew dot only explained the process, they also took pictures. They were kind, respected my house they were also polite. They did the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again. Them Dominic called me and asked some follow up questions, he's a great guy.
