Gabriela did a great job explaining the final steps in our process. We discussed some ideas about how to help future customers (checklist ✅ & timeline for the project & reminder of not buying food prior to power being shut off for the day). I appreciated that when being sent the acknowledgement form Gabriela was understanding that we wanted to read it thoroughly and not just rush through it on the video call. Our initial tech, Jack did a great job "selling" your company and the product, he’s a great representative! You also had a lot of help from people in our town, when I asked on our town discussion page who had experience with solar and who they recommended, Purelight was the overwhelmingly favored company. As we move into October and Halloween , we are excited to see how the system performs❗️We also loved that the panels could be put on the back of the garage and are pretty much hidden from view. All facets of your team were prompt with communication and questions. Thank you!

The installation crew did a great job. After installation my closest neighbor didn’t even realize we had solar panels. The cost was substantial and it will take ten years to recoup. The system is large enough to cover my entire usage in the summer and generate a credit for the winter. The process of final approval with the utility company was frustrating. Multiple requests for the same information. Took almost two months.

Installation went fantastic. 45 panel system. Very professionally done. I called for assistance with the app on my phone. A young lady named Giselle was very polite and patient with me. She talked me through it step by step. Explained all my questions She's awesome!
