I brought my truck to Chuck because it was misfiring. Though he was able to give me a likely diagnosis immediately, a mechanic called me back within a few hours to confirm. My truck was fixed that day at a very reasonable rate. I especially appreciate them taking the time to communicate thoroughly when I had questions about what repair options were best. I highly recommend Chuck and his team at Quality Auto and Battery.

October 9, 2024 purchased a battery. October 10, 2025 battery was bad went back! Battery under warranty, so free replacement. Once the new battery was installed, suddenly the alternator was "bad" to the tune of $600+!! But before the battery was determined bad, the alternator was just fine! Trying to take advantage of a young woman trying to support her son is bad business! Trying to take advantage of ANYONE is bad business! Do not recommend! See charging system receipt in photo! Alternator is working perfectly!

Chuck is honest and knowledgeable. Just get a second opinion from him if you need to get work done on your car...it will be very apparent when you talk to Chuck if you were getting scammed. Highly recommend.

I bought my car, 2006 toyota prius, from them 8 months ago which was a great process and they worked with my price point. recently, the car started having problems so i called them up and they immediately had me bring it in and started working on it. they finished the process extremely fast and explained what they did in an easy to understand way. they’re all very honest people and very hard workers. if you have a prius, this is the place to take it !! added a picture from the day I bought it and a picture from 2 days ago=)

Chuck and his team went above and beyond to help me with a situation with my vehicle. They quickly identified the problem, got my part replaced, charged me a reasonable and fair price for the labor and got me back on the road. I will be sending anyone who asks for a good mechanic to Chuck! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Friendly. Professional. Understanding. Prompt. And did not try to squeeze me on the price. I came in needing help with my alternator while traveling for work, and Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service at a fair price. Instead of rushing into a replacement, he called in a guy to check it out without charging me to confirm it actually needed replacing. Once we knew it did, he swapped it out incredibly fast with no issues at all. On top of that, he gave me honest advice about my options, even suggesting a local shop that could rebuild the alternator for less if I wanted to go that route. That kind of honesty and customer care is typically a little tough to find in my opinion, and I really appreciated it. If you’re looking for a skilled, trustworthy and mechanic who won’t overcharge you, quality battery and auto repair is the way to go!
