I had the pleasure of meeting with Khari J., a sales rep from Quality. She arrived right on time and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and professionally. My husband, who works in the environmental field, even shared a few insights with her during the visit.... it turned into a great conversation! What I really appreciated most was that Khari wasn’t pushy or aggressive with the sales pitch, which is a big plus for me. Overall, it was a great experience..... very professional and pleasant—even though we ultimately decided not to move forward with Quality.

Short summary: Customer service is absolutely awful and this company does not care about you once they have your money. Update: It took over 8 weeks to finally finish my generator install. I can only assume they are taking on more work than they can handle, and the second something goes wrong they have to constantly try to squeeze you in wherever they can. It's finally done at least though. We have been going through a whole home generator install for over four weeks now. During this timeframe the only time I have received any information or updates is when I have had to reach out for them. Customer service has been non-existent. When I have called in, I have been told multiple times that someone would reach back out to me, but I haven’t received a single callback yet. The only thing I know for certain is that the gas line installation has failed inspection three times now, and Jenny, who I have spoken to each time, has consistently blamed this on the city inspectors and not their installers. The city inspector, who we did get a chance to talk to, has informed us the issue is that they cannot get a good reading from the valve installed on the line. The installers also left random debris scattered around my yard and have left my gate open every time they’ve been to our house. So in addition to everything else there’s no respect for our property. We were planning on using this company for a whole home water filter system and getting a generator maintenance package from them as well for ongoing service, but neither are going to happen now. It seems like if everything goes perfectly and there’s no issues it’s fine, but if something goes wrong then you might as well get ready to be treated horribly. They are willing to blame everyone but themselves for a bad situation including you.

I'm very sad to say that if given the chance to go back, I would absolutely NOT have my generator installed by Quality Home Products. Not because the generator doesn't work, but because of the shoddy repair job done by the guys when they came back to replace the sidewalk and pavers that they tore up to run the lines for gas and electricity. It took weeks for them to come back, we had to keep calling, and when they did, it looked so bad that we are going to have to pay to have it pulled up and replaced. I'm very disappointed because I've been a years-long customer. Below are pictures to show the condition that my yard was left in. They came out and moved a few pavers around, but it looks HORRIBLE, and it's going to cost me to get it right again.

We had our generator installed on July 21. The plumber finished the gas hookup and left first. After completing the installation, the installer knocked on my door to say he smelled gas when turning it on and that the plumber would need to return to fix the issue before the start-up training could be done. My husband exchanged multiple texts with the scheduler, who did not seem to understand the urgency of having the plumber return. Despite this, the start-up technician arrived last week. I explained what the installer had told me about the gas leak, but the technician suggested we "turn it on and see how it goes." When we did, I smelled a small amount of gas; he dismissed it as normal at first start-up, noting that he had allergies and couldn’t smell anything. The next day, both my husband and I clearly smelled gas outside. We immediately turned off the generator and I called customer service. Jenny told me I needed to contact CenterPoint to determine the source of the leak. I asked why a plumber couldn’t be sent out since the installer had already identified the problem. She explained there were no notes in my file and claimed CenterPoint would respond more quickly. CenterPoint arrived promptly and confirmed that gas was leaking from every fitting on the plumbing. They also discovered the pool heater for our hot tub is unusable due to the poor plumbing work. I recorded videos of CenterPoint’s tests and sent them to Jenny on Friday, per her request, with the understanding she would acknowledge receipt and let me know when repairs would be scheduled. It is now Wednesday, and I have received neither confirmation of my email nor a repair date. However, we did receive a call requesting payment for the generator. Please note: payment will not be made until the generator is fully operational and the gas issues are resolved.

I received a card in the mail for a free water test! This company is very legit and very professional. Khari was the representative that came and tested my water. I was mind blown thank you Quality for the $100 gift card and free water test. No purchase was necessary but I did make the decision to purchase a water filtration system for my house. I did my research and this was the best company. Rainsoft is good water system

We worked with Mark Iocovello to sign up our Rain Sofer water softener and reverse osmosis. He was kind, funny and very knowledgable on explaining the issues with normal water quality. We didnt start the home testing thinking we would buy the equipment but at the end we knew that it was the best decision for our health, skin and have better tasting good and water. Thank you Mark!
