Redco Truck and Trailer

REDCO CHATTANOGA TN AND RINGGOLD GA locations both worked on my semi truck’s wheel seal and they fixed my drive axle wheel seal eventually (after I had to come back twice). It turns out that in February 23 mechanic at Ringgold GA did not tighten the axle bolts which almost caused a rear end lock up on my cascadia. When stopped and inspected I lost one bolt and had almost no oil left. When towed to a different shop they said that whoever worked on my drive axle did not tighten the bolts as per manufacturer’s spec (all bolts are spinning when turned with bare hands) and that no vibration would cause this. Avoid this place at all cost !

The truck had starter issue on the highway, so it called for road service. They arrived within the promised time frame. After quick diagnostics, they started working on the starter replacement and work was done in one hour. Mechanck and dispatch are very knowledgeable and evaluate the problem on the spot. Thank you for your fast response and saving the trucks on the road!

The young gentleman Ben came out to help me after I got stuck in the middle of nowhere on my semi. He Was fast and efficient in fixing the issue, even drove an extra hour to grab the part I needed. These guys are great Mrs. Becky was amazing as well. 10 stars, I highly recommend them

did an excellent job replacing the DEF pump system on my truck. He was on time, very professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing. You can tell he really knows his work and has a great attitude. Highly recommended! Thank you again Ben.

This is an amazing shop. I would highly recommend anybody that needs service done, to their truck, to go to this shop. They’re reasonably priced, the people in the office are very friendly, they’re easy to work with, and Austin (the service manager) is an awesome guy. I had to get a rear end (differential) installed, and Austin checked the gears in it and found that it was the wrong rear end (the right rear end was delivered the next day). That, alone, speaks volumes of this company. I would give them 10 stars, if I could.

Ms. Becky is great, very nice lady and also very detailed, she will get someone out to you fast. She sent Jimmy to me, I had a bad air valve on my trailer, didn't waste any time fixing it and even found another little issue and button that up for me as well.
