Reliable

From the beginning it was as if I was being taken care of by family. They treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I was shocked to see the condition that my AC unit was in and how much it took to get that old unit replaced. These gentlemen took their time and what was supposed to have been a 3 hour job ended up being an 8 hour job. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also came in at just over half of what I was quoted by other companies! Thank you Dan, Kenton, Lisa, Allen, Justice and Larry for taking such good care of me and my home❣

Helped me out when the govt said I couldn't buy my own tube heaters without licenses. I built my barn completely myself and I'm very sensitive to quality work so I was hesitant about having someone else hang these. They did a bang up job, I approve. Highly recommend

Reliable Heating and Cooling is a great Subcontractor Partner for my New Home Building company. They have done Brand new homes and Renovations for me and always do a great job. I remember my 7 year old Furnace stopped working in the cold of winter. Kenton stopped over and ordered the parts and got the repairs done quickly. It was great piece of mind since I have 5 kids at home that need to be safe and warm. Keep up the good work!

This company was FANTASTIC to work with! Lisa, Kenton, Chase, and Armando were all super friendly, honest, efficient and hard-working. Our warranty with American Home Shield covered our old furnace which had started smoking and leaking CO. After assessing what was going on, Kenton ended up turning it off and leaving us with some nice heaters. Lisa managed to get the process expedited with AHS to get our furnace replaced quickly so we didn't have to wait a whole week in a cold house waiting for a new one which would have otherwise been the case. Of course furnaces always die in the middle of winter, right? We ended up asking for a humidifier and AC coil to be installed as well, which they were able to install right along with the new furnace, with an AC unit to follow this spring. Everything they did looks professional and works great and they did a nice job cleaning up when they were done. We're thrilled to have heat again! Looking forward to working with Reliable again in the spring when our AC condenser gets installed. THANK YOU!!!!!

The office communicated very promptly and was very flexible with my work schedule for installation. The installers were top-notch, very friendly, and set up and cleaned up wonderfully. The follow up service technician that came by to check up on how things have been operating was great as well and did a thorough job making sure everything was operating perfectly. The salesman did a great job explaining all my options at the initial sale and did a fabulous job following up after the installation too. I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling for all your furnace, air conditioning, and hot water needs.

Reliable has been nothing but RELIABLE! We use them anytime we have a problem at our shop. They have always been outstanding! This time it was our water heater, and our furnace for one our bays. Called Reliable yesterday to have someone come out and diagnose the issue. They got us in that same day and even showed up early! Today they showed up on time, and got the job done within a few hours. The guys were kind, and very efficient with their work. We highly recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling! I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Reliable at first. The phone representative handled my call with polite, professional urgency; she got me scheduled for an appointment later the same day and even managed to get a tech out to my house a few hours earlier than expected. I wish I could remember the name of the rep I spoke with because she was great. The tech, Josh, was also excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, well-prepared, gave me a full breakdown of the parts needed and even had them on hand. I think it took maybe 20 minutes for him to get my A/C running again. I was fully prepared to give the business a five star review consistent with the others on Google. Josh and the phone rep both deserve a raise, because their work was outstanding. My experience quickly soured as soon as Josh left. I received multiple emails and text messages requesting that I rate my experience with Reliable, so I responded with a glowing review for Josh because I was impressed with his work. I continued to get texts for the next several days, as if I had not even responded in the first place. When I tried to opt out of the text message service I started getting emails instead. This was entirely unnecessary: I provided feedback for the service I received and it should've been left at that. I can understand how valuable feedback is. Good reviews reflect good business, and they're a good advertisement to other potential customers. But I shouldn't have to wake up to a new email every day for a week because the business wants my feedback. My inbox is full of enough junk already, and I'm very busy. I will leave a review if and when I have the time to do so. I won't be using Reliable again, and I won't be recommending them to family or friends. Bad taste left in my mouth because some overpaid marketing specialist decided that a good review is worth incessantly bothering their customers. Edit as of 07/11/2023: Reliable reached out to me shortly after I posted this review. According to the text I received, the owner reviewed my feedback and the company was able to identify an issue with their automated email system that had apparently been unresolved up to this point. Since they dealt with me in earnest and quickly resolved the problem, I'm changing my initial rating to 4 stars to reflect the outstanding service I got from the phone rep and from Josh the repair tech. The repeated text and email communication was frankly very irritating and came off as extremely aggressive, but if the problem is fixed then I'm willing to put this to bed.
