Revel Charging Station

These days lots of vehicles stays here without charging on purpose just to go to the park and those whose battery is empty is stranded hours waiting in the line. These people should be issued a summon.

All the CCS plugs were taken, so used a NACS spot. Worked just fine with my adapter on my Bolt. Charging $0.59 + tax per kWh at the time. But they hold $50 on whatever card you use.

We’ were there this AM with one other car. Charged from half empty to almost full in 39 minutes. It took 50.09 good faith furdt time user which I am assured will be returned shortly. Whole experience so lifesaving as usual so hard to charge my car downtown. Clean fast and open secure at pier 36.

Revel is trying to shadow-delete my review for some reason, so I'll try posting again. I went here on a friday night last month at around 10 and it was randomly closed for no reason with a guy standing in front of the gate. I asked why and he said "it don't matter". Very professional Revel. Ended up having to go to an overpriced garage and pay for parking so I can charge for 10 minutes to get home.

Well mostly Revel charging place is sucks bcz don’t work properly, but this on is sucker, why they don’t fix this charging station? It supposed to be take only 35-45 minutes to charge tesla shit car, but this one shows 3hours to charge you got be kidding me!! why Revel trying to fool people, "says 330KW and giving only 17KW" westing people’s time to come here. If you don’t wanna fix just shutdown for public.

Your NACS or Tesla charger doesn’t work half of the time and it says it’s charging or active Could you add the feature to finish or stop charging in your website because if I go to other revel location it still says active and doesn’t let me charge .

I was so happy when I find out Revel open another charging location, unfortunately the system is annoying, they should have an app to make charging easy, today I switch to 3 different chargers and not even one allow me to charge it was showing an error.
