On behalf of Fred Gantt - I want to start off by saying that we are so happy with this cleaning company! Every area of our manufacturing facility represents the highest quality of good housekeeping skills. This is all because ABM staff and our employees work together to maintain clean practices on a daily basis. The staff that handles our facility go above and beyond the call of duty. Noemi, Johanna, and Nadia are the best team that any company could ask for. They take their roles seriously, work well as a team, they are very friendly to the staff, they never cut corners and always make sure that they tackle every job to meet the needs of our requests. Not only are they receptive to unexpected requests that may appear, but there are also multiple opportunities where they have asked if there is anything more that they can do to satisfy our needs. ABM staff is also responsible for the upkeep of our floors. This building opened in 2001 and with our company growing rapidly, we are constantly moving equipment and materials and relaying out our facility. With all these changes, the integrity of our floors is under heavy abuse, and we rely heavily on ABM to help us maintain a proper, clean and safe workplace. ABM’s waxing services are used twice a year on our production floors, four times a year in our bathrooms, and are buffed every week. Javier and his team do an amazing job on our floors, and each time the end results look better than the day we opened our doors. He is very polite, respectful, professional, and I would never recommend anyone or anything prior to utilizing him in any tough job. Javier is truly the "go to" for any floor cleaning needs. This team communicates with me very well, they are clear, they are appropriate, professional and notify me of any and all necessary information that I expect to be made aware of. They show up every day on time and the minute they arrive they are starting their duties, and never disrupt any of our day to day operations or our staff. Carpets stay vacuumed, floors are mopped, trash is dumped, our bathrooms, break rooms, offices, and gym all stay stocked with paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, air fresheners and disinfectant. With the services that ABM delivers to us, I can honestly say they are about the only team that I don’t have to come behind and perform an inspection. Our company and I have very high standards when we compensate for services, inadequate or poorly executed performances are not tolerated. ABM Industries meets all of our expectations, and we are above satisfied. The accountability, quality of attention to detail, thoroughness and communication, I don’t know what more we could ask for. Usually when dealing with companies now days there is not even good customer service experience. Acquiring this team from ABM as our cleaning vendors has reduced the time for our staff to worry if the building will be cleaned thoroughly. Lastly, I also want to take the time to mention the following. ABM’s commitment to a clean work environment not only receives praise from our employees and management team, but outsiders as well. It is an amazing feeling when we have our companies presidents and leaders visit from our out of state facilities and complement our cleanliness. We are told that our facility sets the bar, and they wish all of our locations across the globe displayed our standards and followed our example. We have contractors come to our property and complement our housekeeping as well, they deliver reactions that are indescribable. Just recently we had a visit from a fire marshal, and he told me personally, he wished every facility he visited was as clean and well-kept as ours, and we owe all of this to ABM Industries. In conclusion, I cannot be more pleased with your services. We are more than grateful for the impressive results we receive from this team. They understand our needs and do a wonderful job. Thank you isn’t enough to express how grateful we are for the value that your team delivers to us.
