Riley Electric Inc. gets 5 stars from us. We called them to get a couple heater fans installed just before Christmas. They arrived when they said they would, walked me through exactly what they were going to do and then worked with my staff to move any thing in there way in order to install the equipment. We have used many electrical contractors over the years for our commercial properties, Riley Electric Inc. has been the best. The prices are fair and the quality of work is excellent. Riley Electric provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Bill who came out to provide the quote was so kind and understood all our needs and provided a fair market estimate. The main office provided great customer service and always answered all my questions and got back to me right away. The electrical tech team John and Eric that came out were EXCELLENT. John like myself has an eye for design and made sure the EMT installed for the carriage lights, ring, and garage door motor looked clean and hidden out of the way to where it would not be noticeable. Eric was so nice and informative and switched out our backyard lights quick but perfectly. It was a pleasure working with the entire company from start to finish and I will be using them again soon for additional electrical projects. WELL DONE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Darrick was nothing short of phenomenal. Showed up on time and professional. Trouble shoot until he found my issue and fixed it quickly. Didn't do a shotgun approach. Highly recommend!!

My company replaced all our warehouse lighting with new fixtures back in 2019. A couple of the lights started going out in 2021 and the warranty was for 7years. When I reached out to Bill Plowman the sales rep, he wanted to charge us $1000 to replace the 2 fixtures that were under warranty. We decided not to do the work. Apr.2024 -reached out to Bill Plowman to let him know we had 4 light fixtures out and just wanted to get the replacements but not have Riley Electric do the work. 3 weeks and a few emails later Bill never responded. Reach out to other people in the company and finally Bill responded requesting the model of the fixtures. I responded with all the specifications provided to us during the sale. Bill responds "can you take a picture of the label"?. these fixtures are 40ft high and I don't have the equipment to get up there. I asked Bill if they could look up the information on the Bill of Sale? Bill responds "we don't keep that information on file". What kind of company does not keep information on what they sell to their customers?????? We haven't heard from Bill in over 4 months. Now i have 5 lights out and 2 are like strobe lights, feels like I'm working at a night club. I reached out to Bill again and we'll see if this company really cares about their customers and fixes our issues.

The guys at Riley Electric are very knowledgably and extremely professional and courteous. The technicians go out of their way to explain the job in laymen’s terms so that you feel comfortable about the service being performed. I found it equally impressive to see their pricing was very fair when comparing with other quotes. I strongly recommend them! Excellent service, Larry took the extra time and effort to solve a hot tub connection problem that was the fault of the manufacturer. This is the fourth time I have used Riley and they are prompt and reasonably priced. Great company.

Their foreman is one of the rudest guys I've met. I asked why he couldn't wait his turn at the gas station this morning and he started swearing at me and physically threatened me when I asked him to repeat a racial slur while his assistant pumped gas. Maybe he was late for a job, but driving a company vehicle and wearing the company clothing while doing these things... when I asked his name, he said to call his boss Matt.
