Very easy to get to when traveling from Interstate 275. During shows, they've got cops directing traffic on the road, and staff directing traffic in the massive parking lot. If you are a car service, I'd suggest getting 2 VIP parking passes for the event, because you may be taking up 2 spots. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and very easy to find once the show is over. Parking is ample in the area. There are so many shows for just about all audiences during the summer time.

This venue is pretty nice, most notable how quickly we were able to get out of the parking area lot.(Gate 1 row 9 grass area) If I'm nitpicking, I think the video screens should be bigger for the folks In the back. We sat in row AA seats 10&11. Only thing in front of us was the rail. The negative part of that would be the amount of traffic that walks in front of you because it's right on the main walkway that splits the two sections. Not as bad when you're standing up watching the event but if you're planning on sitting down everyone will be in your way especially the people in the section directly in front of you if they choose to stand. All in all I thought the venue was pretty good. Sound was good, concession stand lines went pretty quick and weren't too long, rest your mind wasn't great but again wasn't too bad. Lastly, I'd like to mention the parking again. With the amount of people that was there , I very surprised how quickly we were able to get out of the grassy parking area and onto the 275 East. The cops and the folks In the parking area did a great job getting everyone out orderly and quickly. I like how they had Lane separated so everyone wasn't merging into each other.

I recently attended the Nelly concert at Riverbend and it was an unforgettable experience! I was lucky enough to score third-row seats, which made the performance feel even more intimate and the views were unforgettable! The highlight of the night was meeting Nelly backstage! He was incredibly down-to-earth and took the time to chat with fans, making the experience even more special. The energy from the crowd was contagious, and the staff at the venue were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Staff was great and helpful. Food was a bit over price but not bad. This place has the WORST accommodations for ADA. Me and my mom spend $250 in tickets, merch, food for her or me not being able to view the show once everyone stood up. Nothing was there to fix the problem. First picture was her view of the show and second was mine. There were other people who were also in wheelchairs that had the same view as I did. If you're gonna put ADA seating right behind GA, least build something up higher off the ground for ADA people can ENJOY AND VIEW THE SHOW. I was EXTREMELY upset and over it for me and my mom. Since you're other venues have BETTER ADA accommodations, take their advice on what to do. We will NEVER return here for a show again. DO BETTER RIVERBEND

If I could leave zero stars about this venue I would. Staff was friendly and helpful. That's the only good thing I can say. If you are in a wheelchair dont bother coming here because they are NOT accommodating at all. I paid extra for good wheelchair seating and me and other were stuck on the isle behind multiple seats so as soon as the band started everyone stood up and blocked the stage and tvs. I spent a lot of money for this show and didn't get to watch one song live. When asked if there was anywhere else I could do to sit staff apologized and said sorry no. The bathrooms had 1 stall that was almost too small for a wheelchair and same with the doorways. This venue doesn't give a crap about people with disabilities. Ive was so angry about lack of compassion for people with like me having to be in a wheelchair. Like we dont deserve to go to a show and enjoy it. I wish i could get a refund since I didn't get to watch or enjoy the show. Thanks for showing us people in wheelchairs that we dont matter. DO BETTER!

Nestled along the scenic banks of the mighty Ohio River, Riverbend Music Center is a storied venue with deep roots in American concert history. Built in 1984, it stands as one of the first outdoor amphitheaters in the country, a pioneer of its kind. While its age shows in many ways, Riverbend offers a unique blend of rustic charm and functional efficiency that caught me off guard in the best way. The venue itself feels dated, especially when it comes to infrastructure. The enormous lawn seating area dominates the layout, offering a relaxed, open-air experience that feels quintessentially summer. The covered pavilion seating is quite basic—assigned and protected, but without frills. It gets the job done, but don’t expect modern comforts. Concessions and washrooms reflect the same aged character. Vendor buildings are in need of some renovation, but despite their appearance, the food and drink lines moved quickly and efficiently. Washrooms are small and outdated, supplemented by rows of portable toilets to handle large crowds this is definitely more functional than comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the parking. With a massive lot that’s free with your ticket, I anticipated a traffic nightmare pre and post-show. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised, exiting was organized, fast, and freeway access was impressively smooth. Riverbend Music Center may not be the most modern concert venue, but it offers an authentic, no-nonsense outdoor experience. Its rustic atmosphere, riverside setting, and surprising operational efficiency make it a charming place to catch a show, especially for those who appreciate a bit of throwback character with their live music.

My Luke Bryan experience was AWESOME !!! I truly enjoyed it extremely! The music was wonderful. He kept us laughing, singing and dancing all night long. ***But I couldn’t understand how you had people pay extra $ to see Luke in a meet n greet, but…you charged them more money plus the concert ticket. And the concert tickets were expensive ? I paid $250.00 a piece for two tickets. And we were in section 600. I know Luke Bryan is BIG DEAL and protecting him and keeping his team safe is a MUST! I just wished that my sister and I could have had a chance to meet Luke. I’m sorry for venting… My pictures below are from the Jumbo Tron.
