We had a complex electric issue where we needed very immediate service in order to determine how serious it was and how we could address it. Muhammed answered immediately and came within 30 minutes. He was extremely thorough and honest about what the issue could be and what the solution would likely entail. He didn’t push an aggressive or costly solution on us, but rather laid out our options, including how to deal with Con Edison. He worked with us and Con Ed to address the issue as quickly and safely as possible, and was very communicative throughout answering all our questions. Everything was fully fixed within 24 hours and I could not speak more highly of Muhammed’s professionalism and service.

Muhammad and his company Riz Electric came and saved us when a lesser electrician short-circuited the entire power in our apartment (while trying to change an overhead light fixture).
