These folks were hired by an Ebay seller to ship a high end appliance to my home. First rate job. Freight Bill I567171558, I was not here personally, but the driver was super courteous and super professional, and I very deeply appreciate it.

Zero communication skills. Talked bad about the shipping customer. Zero accountability for their lack of action

I was to be delivered very crucial and time sensitive shipment for my business on 7/9/24. I was called later just prior to my delivery window that it will come in the next day, 9/10/24. Adult must be present home. I made arrangements on 7/9/24, waited until the last mins disappointment. I then told them to bring it to my site on 7/10 which is closer to their location but was told that I will be charged for re-routing. Finally, I ran home to wait for them on 7/10. No call no show! As of now 7/11/24 I am still waiting. I called the rudest customer service that I have ever spoken to in my life. They are not good for biz. I'll tell my shippers and future shippers never never to use them. I was told that it will be brought in today. STILL WAITING...

Do not use this company if you are needing a quick delivery. If you cannot guarantee you will be home between 10-4, even if it is for the first couple of hours, they will reroute it and possible charge you for another delivery fee. Horrible customer service and will not accommodate even just a couple of hours of the delivery time without the possibility of an extra fee. The website that used this company had no notation stating that this could be a possibility. Horrible customer services for having to pay over $100 in SHIPPING.

Had delivery scheduled for today Dec 17, 2020. I got a call from a very nice lady to set up the delivery appt early on Dec 16. She gave me a window to expect the delivery. Sure enough, the driver arrived within the window. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and cordial. He helped me by putting the order in my garage with no problem. Great job all the way around!
