At first when they are trying to sell you their services they have good customer service but after they got paid their service is not good at all. The space under the HVAC unit was flooded so I called them and when the technician arrived he installed me a pump that they were supposed to install it when they did the installation of the HVAC. Also, the water moldings were damaged but RMJ heating and cooling didn’t take responsibility for the damages and their excuses were that I didn’t want the pump when they did the installation of the new unit also that I didn’t replace the filter even they told me that I had a water leak when they were doing the installation and sent me a picture but that picture was from other client house.

I'm extremely happy with the service provide. The work was done in a timely matter. The service advisor Chris was keeping me updated with the progress. There were issues with our duct work and was charge a reasonable price to fix the corrosion. They added two vents at no extra costs as well. My new AC unit works like a charm. I highly recommend RMJ HEATING AND COOLING.

RMJ was a lifesaver!!! After being gone for the summer I returned home to no air conditioning…. After making a few calls and realizing almost everywhere was closed I found RMJ! I spoke with Jimmy, the owner, he came out and not only looked at my unit but he fixed my fried wires after hours! He was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. He also was able to make other tradesman recommendations. I am so incredibly thankful for RMJ!

I called 9 other HVAC companies in town asking for a quote to replace a condenser unit. Jimmy at RMJ was by far THE MOST helpful. A few companies wanted to charge me just to come out when I had already paid another company to diagnose the problem. And only one other company would give me a quote over the phone, but that was after insisting. On the other hand, Jimmy quickly began asking me follow up questions, clarified something if I didn't explain it well to him, and walked me through a couple of solutions based on the issues we're having with our home A/C. He did a fantastic job educating me and was so helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to or getting squeezed for a paid appointment. We still haven't made a final decision, but there is only one other company that I talked to prior to today that I am also considering because they were just as helpful. Anyone thinking about working with RMJ, know that they are very transparent in their initial interactions with you, and I could tell that they genuinely care about their reputation and taking care of customers. Rmj heating and cooling is by far the easiest, most understanding company. I started with them last year, their financing options are easy, affordable, and services are worth every penny. Chris helped my husband and I get started on our first refrigerated ac and furnace unit. He was very polite, he brought us very delicious desserts and a Scentsy wax warmer. He even help set my dad up. Every worker that was involved in the installation of our unit was very polite and eager to answer all my questions. They were very helpful with my dad as well for his unit. They are readily available for any questions I may have. Chris has gone above and beyond for my family. Today, after 1 year and 2 months of having my unit, my ac wasn't working like usual. Even though Alejandro was tied up and had already set up a tech for the next day. I had explained my situation with a condition I have, which causes issues with tolerating heat. Since Alejandro is was still servicing another unit, he sent another tech by the name of Jaime. He was here in 30 min and was able to resolve my issue and my AC unit is now back to working as it was. Rmj is Normally closed Sundays but they still sent someone to make sure I had everything working again. I appreciate you guys for showing me that I mattered as a person. I've purchased 3 units one for my home the other for my warehouse. They've maintained professionalism during installation and post care upon request. The prices are very affordable. I will always recommend them to any loved ones.

It was a great job, Chris explained everything and really took the time to work with my schedule. I liked that there was no pressure and came out every time I had a question or concern. The installation was very professional and Peter did an exceptional job.
