This review is a heads up for anyone going here to drop off lithium batteries. A worker informed me they no longer accept these. They are still listed on the Chandler website as a drop off location but that isn't accurate. You can take lithium batteries to Batteries Plus just up the street on Dobson and Elliot for recycling. It's free unless the battery is bloated in which case they charge a $15 fee.

One of my keys broke to my tow truck and luckily Colen assisted in finding a match and hand cut me a new key. His skills and patience is absolutely outstanding and I wanted to give a positive review on his professionalism. I recommend others to come and get their keys cut here !

My wife was sent a $10.00 gift card. I went to the store to buy an air filter. when I got to the check out desk I was told I could not use the card as they could not give back change so I was forced to either buy a second air filter or no be able to use the card. I feel that all the cards do is to get you into the store to buy something that is over the amount on the card. I should have been given the option to buy the one item and not be concerned about the remainder of the card total. If I had not been in a hurry to go pick up my wife for a doctor's appointment I would have asked to talk to the store manager. In the future, if I have a gift card and have to buy less than is on the card and I am told that I have to buy more I will be talking to the store manger..

Tom greeted me when I walked in. Needed help with plumbing, got me exactly what I needed. He was respectful and friendly. Will always shop Ace, they are my go to. Skip the big box stores.

A friendly neighborhood hardware store with a lot to offer. Good selection, fair prices, and convenient location. The customer service is friendly and helpful. For a smaller store, they have an amazing selection of paint.

Awesome people, really helpful and friendly. I saw them helping a few people whole here going through detailed answers and instructions. We're also nice enough to not tow my vehicle when I got stuck there over night. The one thing that was kind of disappointing was that they wouldn't cut a blank car key I brought in. Not really sure who will tho. I was hoping they'd just cut it for me and then I could worry about programming it myself but they said it was a liability thing. Still tho I can't really be too hard on them over it that still helped me out and I was able to at least get a generic key cut to open the door just in case so that still helped a bit. It was only 5$but it just won't work in the ignition.

Best hardware store ever. They always have those hard-to-find items for all of my projects. Keep up the good work!
