Rocky's Ace Hardware

I was very impressed with the staff members and their knowledge of the store's inventory and also what I needed to do the project I was planning. One person took extra time to help me and made me feel like a valued customer. I was pleasantly surprised by the personal service and felt comfortable with my purchase.

Went looking for special items and this young gentleman asked if we needed help and showed us where to look and it was right where he said. We were on our way to look at some things and this gentleman asked us if we found what we were looking for and was very nice and pleasant. Love going to Rockys the workers are always so pleasant and very helpful.

I went to Rocky‘s hardware this morning, I needed a commercial toilet seat, they only had one left, the display. The Worker informed me I could have the Toilet display, at a discounted rate, but she couldn’t get it off so I got a crescent wrench, went down there laid on the floor and got the toilet seat off, got up to the register. The assistant manager came up to me and told me I could not have it. I was very disappointed after working to get the thing loose. I told the manager I was regular customer for the last 5 years, she did not care. I left this store never to return. They had none on stock, in really made no sense to keep a display of something you don’t have in stock. On my way to Lowe’s now and have wasted another hour of time trying to fix a toilet. I went in there for a 1/A fuse , they had a place for one but no fuses. It’s the typical story of when I go into an Ace Hardware store. The guy said something about that it may not be a selling item. I don’t care, it’s typical Ace doesn’t have what I need. Had it at one time then just didn’t stock the shelves. That’s why I don’t shop there anymore.

Purchasing my new Weber Genesis was a positive experience. I chose to put it together myself. The price was comparable to online retailers. Love my local Ace Hardware!!

So I decided to to to this store this Saturday morning the store has like 8 representatives I asked for the item I was looking for they told me they don’t think they have it didn’t even bother to check on the computer if they have it or who have it I ask the second person and the answer was they already told you we don’t have it horrible service
