Mini split installation in detached garage. Price was a bit high but the warranty they offer can't be matched by anyone. I will pay for peace of mind every time. The guys came on time and was very professional. When I asked for a particular electrical wire they accommodated me and didn't charge the extra amount. They didn't have what I wanted on the work truck so they went to buy it the same day and job completed the same day. Very pleased with my service.
Rogers was great to work with. Good communication and timely service. I had looked around at 2 or 3 other places but ended settling on Rogers. Brandon came out and was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my questions thoroughly. I felt they were very reasonable with the cost as well. I would definitely recommend them.
I called Rogers yesterday and they had Gerrante come out the very next day. He looked at my issue and gave me a quote before he left and they are putting me on their schedule. Said they should be able to come next week. He was very professional and friendly. I am looking forward to working with Rogers. They seem to really have an organized company with excellent communication. I'm looking forward to a good relationship with them.
They came out for a comfort club check on Monday, I asked him to check duct work he stated it was all good . Every comfort club check they find something to up sale you on this time was a new drain pipe at almost $500 he also tried to get me to renew comfort club that we just renewed 3 months ago (we have had them out multiple times no one ever mentioned the drain before ) . The next day it's 82 at noon in the house and it hasn't done this all summer and it wasn't even the hottest day of the summer . We called we stated that something was wrong . On Wednesday they text at 7:27am to say someone was on the way they never talked to us to see if someone would be home , we weren't available. We tried to get someone later in the day they pushed us to Thursday between 10 and 12 . By Wednesday evening it's 89 in the house same as outside . I walked in to the kitchen bare foot and noticed the floor was cold . I go under the house to see 12" duct from the unit was laying on the ground , and where it was supposed to be connected I see a new drain pipe. The temperature under the house was 62. We tried to get them to come out for an emergency , and they still wouldn't said our only spot was still Thursday 10 to 12 . Oh and most of the time when you call it's an AI bot talking to you . I had to drive to town to get multiple hose clamps to connect together to go around the 12" duct to try and fix it myself. Now on Thursday they call 10 mins before the appointment time to push us back more (90% of the time they came out they would do this) and it was because they had an emergency call (guess ours for 3 days wasn't good enough) . That was the last straw for us . I had to call over ten times until I reached a real person and not a bot to request a refund for our comfort club . I can say they did give us a refund fast only took an hour.
Mr. Jayke Owen is very professional, he is very knowledgeable and courteous. Always remembering to put on his shoe boot inside the house and always updating us with progress. We highly recommend and appreciate him and the company. He is a great asset to the company. Good job from my hubby Ken
We had alot of issues with our heat pump and Rogers came right out to look. As our system was 19 years old it was time for a new one. They had someone out that night to help us choose one and it was installed the next day. The installers were early, polite, finished quickly and left no mess. Highly recommend!
I hired Rogers for electrical work in my home. They replaced the main breaker panel, corrected some faulty wiring, and installed a separate panel in a detached garage and ran receptacles and lights in the garage. The company showed a strong willingness to perform the work and to make sure that I was happy with what had been done. I certainly recommend this company to others with a recommendation to be very clear with their office staff as to what is happening when the work is being done versus what you expected to happen.
