From start to finish, Bill Root, Root Electric and their crew were all fantastic! Unlike other local companies that either no-showed or gave vague, inflated estimates, Root Electric provided a clear scope of work, extremely competitive pricing, and excellent communication throughout -- Bill Jr. especially went above and beyond, was quick to answer any and all the questions and concerns I had. And he answered them promptly and professionally. They never overpromised. Instead, they were straightforward and made sure I understood what was being done and why. His crew were punctual, worked extremely efficiently, and treated my home like it was their own. Their honesty and reliability made all the difference after dealing with less dependable contractors in the past. If a friend or neighbor asked me who to hire, Root Electric would be my recommendation. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again.

I had Root Electric install recessed lighting in my living room and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms. I am extremely happy about the experience from start to finish. I called several local electricians to get quotes and Root had the best customer service as well as competitive pricing. When Noah came out to do the estimate I didn't get the sense that he wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Rather, he took the time to answer questions and he would go into detail as needed. When the guys showed up to do the work they were clean and courteous and they worked fast. You can't ask for anything more! I will definitely be using Root for my future electrical needs.

I chose Root Electric because they are professionals who provide quality electrical installation services for homeowners. Their personnel are competent electrician who are also craftsmen, the materials used in the installation of my Generator hookup were superb, and they paid attention to my concerns and addressed all of my questions. I have faith in the quality of their services and I would recommend Root Electric to anyone considering improving their home's electrical panel, accessories, or any other electrical wiring projects. It is money well spent.

Root Electric was fantastic! I had ceiling fans switched out, 3 outside receptacles installed and my box upgraded. All the work was done professionally and efficiently at a good price. I highly recommend!

Excellent service. They installed a replacement ventilation fan in a difficult spot in our house. They even took the time to provide recommendations on which type of fan to use and gave me the pros and cons of fans I had looked at online. They really went above and beyond to ensure I had the right fan. And the installation was excellent. We have used Root Electric for years - and will continue to do so!

I have a service contract with a different company (which gives me a discount with them) and a few years ago I got quotes for a panel replacement from them and two other companies. One of those other companies was Root. Root beat the discounted service contract company quote and sounded like they'd do a better job, so I went with them. I was very happy with the work they did and have since used them to install new circuits for a hot tub, for electric floor heating (they were the only company that would even quote this job), and most recently for a new electric car charger. Their quote isn't always the cheapest, but if not it's close and they'll know what they're doing better than the cheap one.

Root Electric is FANTASTIC. We had a pressing need for upgrading our electric panel and the connection coming to our house from the power company. Bill and this team responded immediately, explained everything thoroughly, and delivered what they promised on time and on budget. I can throw away my rolodex of electricians, I'm never using any other company except for Root!!
