Every time I go to Sam’s tire center in PSL the gentlemen there are so friendly and helpful! They make me and my two very busy toddlers feel welcome each time. They do their best to get the job done fast and with care.

I ordered the tires over the phone with Carlos. Before the phone call ended I received an email confirming all the correct details. He called me less than 24 hours later to confirm tires came in and scheduled my installation the next day at noon. When I arrived, Gerardo processed my order. The mechanics bagged and loaded the 2 rear tires I asked to keep. They also excavated my donut spare from under the center of my van to find it was underinflated and added 40lbs, then put it back in it's undercarriage storage. When I picked up my van, the mechanics were professional and personable. They even reminded me to bring it back in 50 miles to re-snug the lug nuts. This facility was on time. priced as quoted with service above and beyond. I highly recommend Sam's PSL location for tire service.

Tire had a leak, Tire Plus patched it. Few weeks later TPMS is on again. Brought in the car to Sam's at 10900 S US 1, Port St Lucie at 8 am to figure out what's wrong. At about 9:30 the tire guy tells me that I have a piece of metal in the same tire, not related to the first patch - metal magnet he says. About 10 minutes later another guy, Carlos, comes out and says it was the first patch that failed, there is no second leak. He tried to fix it, he couldn't, I will need to buy a tire, they don't have one in stock, he has a quote typed up. Not sure which guy told the true story. I ask for the tire back and see a lot of rubber debris inside. He scraped the tire all the way to the white nylon. At this point, this tire is indeed no longer fixable. I showed that tire and debris to other shops in the area where I went for help. They all thought I tried to fix it myself and botched the prep for the patch. Ended up spending $200 for a new tire at a shop that had it in stock.
