My wife and I hired Erin and Gailo to handle our joint tax return this past year, and we had a fantastic experience. They were extremely responsive — most of our messages were answered the same day, even when sent later in the evening. The process was fully remote, and they use an app called TaxDome to keep everything organized and streamlined. Uploading documents through the app was generally easy, though there were a couple moments it felt a bit tedious (which is more of an app issue than anything on their end). Throughout the process, Erin and Gailo were attentive, professional, and incredibly clear in their communication. They broke down complex tax matters into terms that were easy for us to understand, and they took the time to walk us through our return and answer all our questions. We also felt that the cost of their services was very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and service we received.
