At first, things seemed fine for the first month, but after that, it turned into a nightmare. They’ve increased my rent FOUR times in just one year! That’s ridiculous. They advertise it as a climate-controlled, secure facility — that’s a total lie. My unit had roaches and spiders, and clearly, nothing about it is properly maintained. The place is dirty and disgusting, both inside and outside. The area feels unsafe, with drug addicts and homeless people constantly hanging around. I never once felt comfortable going there alone. It’s honestly one of the worst storage experiences I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Secure Space Self Storage is not worth your money or your stress.

The first month was great now it’s trash The people that use their storage leave trash everywhere everything looks disgusting and I’ve been here only since December and I’ve already got a notice that my storage unit will be going up an additional $50 to maintain the property. However it’s trash it’s dirty. It’s nasty. Nothing is clean. So this will be the 3rd rental change I started out with a promotional rate, then went to the monthly actual rate now an additional charge

Nice customer service and pretty fast results. Helped me out with my online account! I appreciate this company. The storages are so clean and well kept and customer service hotline is so friendly and will do everything in their power to make sure your account is taken care of.

Came here to inquire about applying for a storage unit and the door was locked upon arriving, the one staff who was present came to unlock the door to let in potential customers and returned behind her front desk. After entering the building to be helped the one staff asked me to open the door for another customer who was looking to enter, this employee appeared to be incompetent in her job by not wanting to do her job and asking people who do not work at this establishment to do her job. I do not recommend coming here.

I spoke with Robin who contacted me immediately after an online reservation and she was knowledgeable she was friendly and even though there were a couple of hiccups she took care of them and made my experience a successful one and so convenient and got me into a unit very promptly great service very quick and convenient. Would definitely recommend!!!

On site manager was super friendly, helpful and thorough. I’d have left 5 stars but the restroom was out of order. (Welcome to use office restroom, but it’s locked when office is closed)
