3 hours late. Pad controls not working when the technician left, the next schedule to fix the issues. the technician did not even show up. Did not even call that day of schedule I spoke to the supervisor or head of the crew. He said they can schedule Monday. That means 5 days without AC on a hundred degrees weather.

This company will discuss one thing for a job while on site preparing a quote and later claim that was never discussed and then get upset with you for asking about it. Stay away, they are not worth the headache and wasted time!
