Semper Fi Heating and Cooling

I called as a referral from my neighbor. First off, the process was very easy. I was anticipating a wait time of 1-2 weeks. Much to my surprise they were able to come the next day! I knew the ac system was old and having a hard time thru the summer. I was in hopes a thorough going over and maybe some minor repairs but alas, the poor old thing was not going to make it. I ended up, for efficiency of repair vs new, getting a new system. And to add yet another surprise, they were able to schedule it 3 days out. My service tech was fabulous, professional, NO high pressure, cleaned up after himself, and gave me the best bang for my buck. Thank you so much for making it so easy!! This is our first contact with Semper Fi Plumbing. The AC division installed a complete heat pump double zone that was expertly installed. It works great, and we use them to service it every ‘year. This week we needed a new kitchen sink faucet. Our guy went to Home Depot to purchase a unit for me and then installed it. Our tech was excellent. I was amazed at how quickly he installed it and replaced everything. Outstanding service….

Called at 645pm and had a tech at 804pm...Quote done and new unit installed and running in less then 24hours, that included all new venting in attic as well! Awesome Job!! At first....... I have now had system 2 weeks and cannot get a tech back out related to the following concern. New venting is pulling in attic insulation and filling up my bathroom vent and falling into room. Up to 6 calls later and I keep getting told a install tech will co tact..Original tech will contact..sorry sir we escalated to management etc.. also waited all day of the 4th for a tech to no avail..no show.. We have contacted again today 8/9/25 and again we're told someone will contact us.....I HOPE WE GET A REASOLUTION!! Pics to follow! I vacuum out and it returns .... Techs have returned..repaired an open vent tube and cleared debris. Working well now, glad they showed and stood behind their work.

Called, Neal came out next day, presented a fair and extensive estimate for 2 complete systems. I had already researched Semper Fi with very positive results, so after Neal's excellent explanations we purchased on the spot. They scheduled and came out next day! 28 hours from initial handshake to 2 complete systems done! 10+ service in my book. The tech installers, Miguel and Jesus, were pleasant, careful and very professional. They very methodically spent 13 hrs giving us a clean carefree install. Another 10+. We had a new install problem. Resolved immediately. Sales, install, time frame, service all 1st class. And their support people are relentlessly thorough making sure we had a stress free experience. 5 star recommendation. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Semper fi came out to fix my ac unit 9/2023, I paid them to replace the contactor and other things that needed to be replaced. One yr later Semper Fi came out to due a yearly check, honestly this tech was done in less then 10 min and all he said was I needed a new ac because mine was not energy efficient anymore! After his comment and I felt he didn’t ck the ac unit I would not have them back. 8/15/25 my ac not working, called around and had another company come look at the unit and after his inspection he said the contactor was bad. I told him it was replaced less than 2 yrs ago. the tech stated that it was never replaced it was the original part, and he took pictures to show me how the old one looked and also the newer ones are a different style, and the newer ones have been around for many years. I spoke with Jennifer at Semper Fi and she asked me to send photos and how I want to resolve the issue. I told her I would like to be refunded for the part. She explained to me that a Manager will be reaching out once he reviews the photos. I received a call from Justin and he said after reviewing the photos he was not going to due anything. He said it was to hard to tell by the photos, so I’m attaching photos, Is this a 12 yr old part ? Or does it look like they replaced it less then 2 yrs ago. People do your research on this company I wish I did!

Do not get any work done from this company. I purchased a whole new ac unit and condenser and less than two years later my unit has started to leak. It has been one and a half months waiting for someone to finally come out with the parts needed to repair the issue but issue persists. I called to have someone come back out and attempt to fix the issue again and i was told that i should have been home during the repair to let the techs know what the issue was (someone was home to let the technicians in) despite the techs being the same individuals that evaluated and ordered the parts. Now i am waiting for the "warranty department" to contact me to send someone out to fix the issue. It has been almost 2 months of miscommunication, vague timelines and now accusatory comments. RUN!!! Absolutely not worth the headache, don’t do business with semper fi.

I highly recommend Semper Fi. They are very reliable and give you a smaller time block when they are able to come to you. They took care of a warrantied part super fast. Most other places make you wait an entire day for them. They are also very reasonably priced and everyone is very friendly and respectful. I will be using them for all my needs in the future.
