Semper Solaris

So I got Sunrun for my home install like three months ago. I just had it checked about a month and a half ago and told me everything was running perfect. I should not be getting a bill from PG&E because I have solar and I have Tesla batteries as well so the only bill I should be getting is from Sun Run, which is a set quote per month. I just got out $750 bill from PG&E because I’m using their power when I shouldn’t be using their power at all, but the solar panels are under performance. Now I’m paying almost double in electricity because I’m paying Sunrun and paying PG&E . I tried to file a claim for compensation, and I was told I could only do that once every two years, But this is a brand new system, and I should not have to use this option because of the carelessness. I told him I was going to start recording that call because I will get a lawyer and once I told him I was recording the car. They said they do not appreciate me recording and hanged up the call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF THEY MAKE THIS RIGHT? I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW AND KEEP IT UPDATED.

I have had a 11 kW solar system with 2 Powerwalls 3. Trying to add a 3rd Powerwalls 3 expansion pack was a charm with Semper Solaris. Senior Energy Raedene Solano was able to take care of our NEM 3 issues. Our communication was stellar, she was very informative and she was able to answer all my questions. Summer Season June 1, 2025- Sept 30, 2025. We can say goodbye to our true-up bill with PG&E down to $0 or worse just a few dollars per year. Don't forget there are still the Electric Home rate plan includes a $15-per-month base services charge that lowers the price you pay per unit of energy (KWh).

We had our HVAC system serviced by Brian J. at Semper Solaris. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He explained to us how the system works during a dust storm (which we get regularly). We highly recommend Semper Solaris and Brian J. to service your unit.
