I felt like a lot of unnecessary tasks of trial and error were carried out. Person doing the unclogging had to call a supervisor in the end to come and oversee the work. This took 4 hours long. When from the beginning I had asked that they blast the pipes with jets, because every year in the sunset area the pipes get full of sand and this is something that the homeowners are used to and so after all of this long time it was decided that blasting the pipes is the best course of action. Then the following day they came and did the jet blast for the pipes and now everything seems to be working. But perhaps the worst part was that all the sewage water was dumped on my front lawn over and over and left for me to deal with. I wish that they had asked before they did this because I would have asked them to dump it on the street drain. The supervisor was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable I wish that the person carrying out the task initially had been more competent in his job. Because to me that was the biggest waisting of time.
