Maritsa was incredible from start to finish! She was so patient, attentive, and truly cared about making sure we had everything we needed. She went the extra mile in every way, and her genuine kindness made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. We left feeling so grateful for her help she made our day.

The worst company to rent from had I known from the start I would have rented elsewhere they refuse to allow anyone to have Jordan’s or anything of such at facility you are not even able to have anything outside the unit even when moving in or out and your not allowed to have but antiques at unit says the district manager. There’s screws all over the ground from uncleanliness there’s rat feces in the unit and the fire doors open and it’s a 9"x9" space where anyone can access and see in the unit and they will cancel your unit the day you move in and say they will refund your money and don’t ever refund a dollar be mindful look elsewhere don rent here. Kat the lady at the front is so sweet and deserves the biggest raise and has the best customer service but they as a company is are very incompetent period. When you have no company to back you with her customer service it’s very hard to keep everyone happy. Hats off to her for dealing with such a piece of work as a district manager from Sacramento not even in Las Vegas. I will be contacting my attorney for all the damages and discoloration to my belongings and make sure they pay for everything as the worst storage company ever. Dirty unclean units rat infested and incompetent company.

I was unable to move into the storage unit because I did not feel safe knowing people across from me are living in their van. I ask the property manager to move to a different unit and he said it would cost me extra fees. I emailed him the photos and said no one is living there. I told him I’m giving him notice of vacating the unit when I just rented it 2 days ago and never moved in. His response I will put a note on your account. I just lost $163 when I never used the facility. Very bad service

The management and the staff were so helpful thank you so much. I was nervous about getting my own storage until I found this place. Friendly as well as understanding which is always a bonus in the world today in such a weird crazy place. Will be recommending to others thank you

Had my stuff here for 2 months, my units got broken into and nothing was done. Another guy got his unit broken into and all they offered was a month free. They lie about having security there, they are only there for literally 1 hour between 8pm-9pm then nothing else. This place is not secure. Do not store your stuff here!

Cat, the service manager, provided exceptional service. The service was highly friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and functional. The 24/7 surveillance cameras recorded the property effectively. The service was of great quality at a reasonable price. Thank you! V/r Fred
