Horrible experience… Pc Richards assigned me to this company and they came to inspect my Ac which didn’t turn on.. Shivani employees came and took it and promised to bring it back the next day considering that they left me with a plastic bag that was taped to my window which I wasn’t comfortable with from the begging considering that I live at a house and anyone could enter my house. They lied to me and didn’t bring back my Ac only a few days later and after that it worked for 10 minutes and stopped again. The workers that brought it didn’t pick up the phone any more and the company said that they will only come back the next day all this happened during the heatwave at 100 degrees. I decided to just buy a new Ac and don’t deal with this nonsense. I was left with a non functional Ac and the lady that works at customer service for Shivani is useless and rude .. hung up on the phone and told me to call pc Richards after expressing my frustration with their bad service. DON’T get warranty on window ac’s just buy a new one and don’t hire this company if you don’t want to end up in the heat without an AC !! Don’t let your Ac be taken.. if they don’t fix it on the spot get a new one. The warranty will just waste your time and assign you to these bad companies and you will end up for a long time without an Ac.

t is not easy to find Friedrich Wallmaster units but when these are in place when you acquired your condo, you have to work with what you have. Shivani Refrigeration stood out from the many companies we called. They sourced difficult to find parts and made the process of repair seamless. Their office coordinators were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. And their repair/service personnel were careful and kept the area very neat as they completed the work. When we needed help in Brooklyn, they were the first company we reached out to. And they found us what we needed! Whether Westchester or NYC, they are able to help with service and sales.

Shivani is amazing! The lady answering the phone was pleasant and I got an appointment without any stress. The techs that came were also pleasant, knew their stuff and solved my issue with ease. I would definitely recommend Shivani to my friends and family!!! Susan W.

HORRIBLE experience. Warranty serviced through PC Richard’s. For a broken panel, preventing the AC from being used, they are only willing to "service" the unit 1 business day a week, usually 2-3 days later, regardless of the fact that it’s been a heat wave each time the unit breaks, making living conditions untenable (90+ degrees). The low quality repairs mean that the unit keeps breaking for the same swapped part rather than actually fix or replace so that every time there’s a heat wave, the unit crashes. Since first reported in May, they have needed to come out 4 times to fix the single unit, currently leaving me with zero relief in 90 degrees, needing to seek shelter elsewhere. Yesterday, I got a voicemail saying they’d arrive the next day 7-10 am to fix the issue sent to them a couple days ago. At 9:37 I call asking for an update and they said they wouldn’t be sending anyone and it’s my responsibility to contact PC Richard’s directly (as a tenant). Steer clear of this HORRIBLE company.

I give this refrigeration and air-conditioning company a Five star plus review rating.! The workers arrived on time and as a side note, gave me advanced notice that they were on their way. Note: The service men were very experienced , professional, and also knowledgeable.in their field. I would not go to any other refrigeration and or air conditioning company other than "Shivani". Technician came out to look at 1 month old Friedrich Wallmaster whose compressor was vibrating violently and loudly shaking the entire chassis of the AC and my wall, 60 decibles at 5 feet away (well above rated value). The technician just said "eh it's normal" and left - did nothing to prove it was normal, no metrics, no measuring, nothing. Just a lazy opinion. Well now the compressor has literally failed one week later on some of the hottest days of the year. So, thanks dude. This place sucks and their technicians are just there for the paycheck. I bet they pay their technicians super low so they just don't care.

I just moved into a new apartment and had to purchase all new window units and have them installed. Shivani came out in advance to my apartment and gave me advice on which units to purchase. They did a great job installing - very careful and clean work. I was very pleased with how responsive they were as well. One of the brand new units was making a noise and they came right away and made an adjustment. I would recommend Shivani to others purchasing and installing multiple units. Their customer service is great.
