Been a customer for 21 years, and have no complaints. Power is extemely reliable, and much cheaper than other power companies in the area. There have been a couple of planned outages recently for maintenance, but they do a good job communicating what's going on, and the people doing the work are friendly and professional.
So far the experience with the utility service is TERRIBLE. I am a new customer and I opened my account in February, not until early June that I received my opening bill. And right now I am having trouble to register the online account to payoff my bill... I tried several time of registering, but the web page never works... This is Silicon Valley and you cannot even have the web service running? So BAD!!!!!
Just called and spoke Victoria, she's extremely unprofessional and needs some training. Complete smart alic. Could not answer simple questions and said "you want you monthly charges you can log into your account" (with bad attitude). Other lady with thick Indian accent was helpful and answered my questions immediately.
Waiting for taking to a customer service agent, 55min and counting
Worst customer service and website!! They have technical issues with their website, the address you entered is not corresponding to the zipcode they generate. Trying to send email and no response. Then called, their customer service is so terrible, and all services done by speaking on the phone!! R your company from mid 70s???
Called, went through the annoying automated system, was going to be transferred to an agent--and got hung up on. I want my five minutes back.
