I had a great experience with Octavio and Mike from Simply the Best Heating & Air Conditioning. They were reliable, honest, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. Both are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. It’s rare to find people in this industry who are both trustworthy and genuinely focused on helping the customer, but Octavio and Mike truly delivered. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Simply Best Heating and Cooling for a number of years. I recently needed to replace my A/C unit. I worked with Mike the owner, and he got me a new unit at a fair price, with quick instillation. Technicians Skyler and Brad were sent to do my instillation. They did the job quickly and professionally, cleaning up after themselves. Unfortunately, they could not get the new unit to work properly. Mike, Skyler, and Brad worked step by step trying to find the problem which was a defective compressor. Mike made sure that the compressor could be returned and replaced with a new compressor. Once installed, the A/C unit has worked great. Because the job was taking so long, they also loaned us two portable A/C window units while the job was being completed. Skyler and Brad did a wonderful job and Mike made sure that they had everything they needed to complete the job correctly. I highly recommend Simply the Best for your A/C needs. JIm

Recently had A/C repaired... tech came out as promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away- and our A/C system was "running like a top" when he left! We have a warranty on our unit- and there was no charge. We've been with Simply the Best for years-- why? Because they are very good at what they do- and their prices are always reasonable. Also, it is always nice to know if I have any concerns, I can always reach out to the president of the company to get resolution to my problems! Will stay with Simply the Best... for years to come! While living in Mesa about years, our AC went out. We called the AC company we were dealing with. They said we needed a new unit, quoted a very high number. Then I call simply the best. Their quote was $3k less than the others. We went with them. We moved into our rental in North Phoenix were we were told the AC will need to be replaced. I called Simply the Best to have a tune up and to make sure we would be ready for the summer. While the technician was here, I asked him about the stability of the unit. He replied, that is a trane. It's got lots of life to it. I am so grateful to know there are people out there who are honest and very helpful. I have always had a great experience with them Thank you

Skylar came out to do an emergency service on our ac unit. He contacted us and gave us a realistic time frame and did show up in that time. He was professional and very honest in saying the warranty covers what was causing the issue and fixed up our system within the hour. Every time we have dealt with Skylar, we have had a very positive experience because of his honesty. He does great work for his company

Had a unit go out on me recently. Been a customer for years and they always treat me right and fair. Cost was very reasonable all things considered, great to work with, service is fantastic, and they got in and out very quickly. House is already back to normal temps and we’re much happier now. Octavio came out last minute and fixed my AC unit. He was so kind, helpful, and explained everything step as he went. I would request him the next time I need any AC repairs!
