Before confirming the service with Smart Air, I had called about 6–7 other places in the Houston area. What hooked me with this company was Jay. He was the only one who truly listened, asked questions about what was going on, and even gave me an idea of what the issue could be. When I asked for a price range, he didn’t hesitate to give me one—unlike all the other places I called. And that was just over the phone! Once Jay came to my home and ran the diagnosis, the service was even better. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and gave me helpful advice. I honestly plan to hire them again and even sign up for their membership so Jay can check my AC in the summer and my heater in the winter. You honestly won’t be disappointed with Jay’s service. 10/10 experience!

Pete was fantastic! He came to my home for an AC inspection and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some great advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Pete quoted me $20k for hvac parts and labor. A local supply house quoted me $6800 for the parts. Which means they wanted $13k for 6 hours of labor. The also quoted me $10k for a new plenum, ducting, 9 outlets and 1 inlet.

I called Pete on Saturday morning and they were very busy this time of year. Despite this he spent an hour on the phone with me diagnosing the issue. His advice and support was offered for free. I was able to go grab a new transformer and replace the part myself and unit was up in running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Their number one goal is making their customers happy.

Jay was so helpful. My AC was out and his quote over the phone was significantly less than he ended up charging. This company has morals and ethics. Not common these days. Jay and his crew are my go to - you will be happy if you work with them.
