Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, extremely upbeat, I really enjoyed speaking to him and he made the process virtually seamless. When he asked me to retrieve some information, he did not brush me, I enjoyed how respectful and attentive he was during the call. I truly wish more people where like him. I generally do not answer these surveys, but I did tell him I won't do it for him because he was above board.
