Hola hoy día 14 de mayo del 2025 fuimos a rentar un espacio pero el hombre que estaba encargado no nos dejó hablar cuando le dijimos que si habla español que totalmente su acento lo indica nos trató muy mal no nos quiso dar la información de lo que tiene disponible ya que lo vimos online y fuimos decididos a rentar el espacio no me dejó hablar el trato fue muy mal y nunca entendí por qué? Mi conclusión es que somos latinos y allí no rentan a personas que hablen español como primer idioma es un hombre agresivo grosero y déspotas no recomiendo este lugar por este trato. Fui en el horario de las 5:20pm

After 6 years renting at Public Storage in Doral and moving 3 times within the same facility just to try to get better rates, I’m done. They keep raising the price over and over. It’s clear they value short-term customers way more than long-term loyal ones.

This is a great establishment to store anyone's important as well as not so important belongings. I was attended by Mr Giovanni of whom I'll tell anyone and everyone that reads my review that he's got one of the most excellent people skills that I've ever seen and experienced in a very long time. Not only is he patient enough but also makes sure that the customer understands everything to the last letter. If by some miracle you didn't understand anything or have any type of doubt or question, he'll gladly re-explain it to you without hassle. In simpler words, rest assure you'll only leave the premises only until he's totally and completely satisfied you have a complete understanding of your business with them is absolutely to your satisfaction.Smart Stop storage owner/s, a few more Giovannis and business shall conduct itself as smooth as a sail boat.
