The company that had installed my solar water heater had already gone out of business when I started having issues with it, but the ladies in the office were able to research the unit based on the permit, and the service technician resolved our issue within the hour once you arrive. Very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I Purchased panels to heat the pool about 9 years ago. We are selling the house and the buyers lender wanted proof that we did not lease the panels. I didn’t save any receipts for the install but I called SOLAR FIT and the administrative person there found my order, typed up a letter on company letterhead, had it signed by the vice president, and emailed me a copy. Great customer service.

Install was completed two days ahead of their original install schedule! The crew was extremely professional and the install looks world class! They fully explained the how to of operating the system and pledged follow-up whenever it was necessary. The warranty is world class as well. I'm VERY happy with the system and highly recommend them.

Great experience. Salesperson was friendly, helpful and on-time. Office provided paperwork for HOA approval, and the installers did a great job and explained how the whole thing worked. System is working great on heating my pool.

This company is horrible my system is having issues. They were paid to take my panels off the roof so my roof good be replaced and they put them back up wrong. System is down they don’t respond. Solar fit is horrible they have no customer service they are just money hungry and have no idea what they are doing. Do not use this company ever they are a scam. I will be filing a report with the BBB and possibly be seeking legal action against them. Don’t use them.

I am in the middle of a new build and have had delay after delay.Talked with Joe and explained my situation and he kept after me for a deposit. I finally did. After more delays I decided to cancel solar till a later date being more pressing things to deal with. I was told my deposit is non refundable due to resources used. What resources ? I wasn’t even on an install calendar. Keep my deposit and word of mouth with help the next victim from these guys. Yes I am sure it is in small writing just wish Joe was upfront and told me about the deposit being non refundable

Very professional and courteous. Quality product with excellent warranty. Installers were on time, left site clean and explained installation and usage thouroughly .
