We have now used Good Faith Energy twice for outstanding service, and both times they have exceeded our expectations. For our first project, installing a complete solar system with 30 Solar Panels, Powerwall and SPAN electrical smart panel and the team was exceptional from start to finish. Our most recent project, adding additional panels to max out our Powerwall inverter before this year’s tax credits end was handled with the same level of professionalism and expertise. The entire team, including Frans with follow-up onsite visit to address any questions was over the top, Frans was communicative, knowledgeable, outlined options and best practices to take advantage of the capabilities of the solar/battery system. It's rare to find a company that maintains such high standards across multiple projects, but Good Faith Energy does. In fact, I would like GFE to possibly install/upgrade our vacation home out of state. We highly recommend them, and we will be repeat customers in the future

I don’t normally write reviews, and Good Faith Energy did not ask me to write this review, but I’ve had such good experiences with this company that I had to express my praise for Good Faith Energy. I first contacted Good Faith Energy to help with solar planning for an all-electric house build I was building in Dallas, TX. While the house was still in the pre-drywall phase, I wanted to make sure that anything that could be added in the construction phase to help with solar installation later was done. Good Faith Energy helped me out, and for a nominal fee, they designed an electrical plan and coordinated with the builder on what components would make installation easier in the future. My original plan was to build the house and live in the house for a year to figure out my electricity needs, and then design a solar system around my usage. However, after moving in in early 2025, I decided to proceed with solar installation given my fear that the solar tax credit would be going away soon. I explored several solar companies, but ultimately picked Good Faith Energy. They were familiar with the products I was interested in (REC solar panels, SPAN panels, and Tesla Powerwall 3). They are very involved with the community and post very insightful videos on YouTube. You can tell that their owner and all of the employees are passionate about what they sell and install, and truly care about selecting the right solar system for you. My sales associate with Sammy, who was happy to provide different quotes, and he offered me very good suggestions about things I hadn’t thought of. Joe was the engineer that worked on the plans, and he was also incredibly helpful and patient with me. He understood my desire to maximize the number of panels on my roof space, and tried out different ways with the design to maximize solar production. Samantha and Amanda were excellent project managers, who kept me informed throughout the entire project. My install was a bit more complicated than a typical residential system. My house is all-electric, and I have a 320 amp service powering two 200 amp panels. As a result, I ultimately went with a 28.5 kW REC solar panel system powering two separate sets of Tesla Powerwall 3 (5 total). Special shoutout to our electrician Ronnie and the site manager Shane, along with the rest of the Good Faith Energy install team, who battled some of the hottest days this summer to install the project on time. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the result is a very clean install. I live in a conservation district in Dallas, and as a result, I needed approval from the conservation district as well as from the City of Dallas. It took several months to get a permit, but Good Faith Energy had experience with this and knew how to handle it. There was one minor rough patch. We scheduled a city inspection two weeks ahead of schedule, but Good Faith Energy wasn’t there where the city inspector came, which generated an immediate red-tag. However, this was ironed out by the next week, and we received a green tag after just one inspection the following week. Since the install, I’ve had a couple minor issues with the system, but Good Faith Energy was quick to respond and resolve the issues. I have been left with a feeling that this company stands behind their project. In the end, for such a complex and expensive project, I have had an extremely positive experience working with Good Faith Energy, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solar install in DFW.

We just got a solar system (no pun intended) installed for our home, and can unequivocally recommend Good Faith Energy. We decided to install solar panels and interface to our Generac system and called GFE (Sammy) based on our neighbors recommendation. It has been a positive experience from then, GFE project management (Amanda) went from estimates to permits through installs and Q&A smoothly. The installation team were both highly skilled and very friendly. We are enjoying the fruits of the Texas sunshine, and you should too! Thank you, Good Faith Energy.

Good Faith Energy was fantastic installing a very complex roof with the Tesla Solar Roof, six power walls, and two SPAN units. Their great work ethic and technical ability both on the roof and with the electrical systems produced a gorgeous result!

After a hailstorm last year, I decided to go with a Tesla Solar Roof because I wanted a really nice look (curb appeal), and the concept of clean energy and energy that pays for itself over time. We looked at several installers, but after meeting with Mo (the owner) and visiting the company in Addison, TX, where I met Michael (the co-owner), I knew the best installer would be Good Faith Energy. I was not disappointed. The entire team from Lindsey & Amanda in Project Mgt. to Joe S. in Engineering, to lead installers Anthony & Francisco (electrical) was amazing. Their dedication to customer service was apparent every day, and they were all truly professionals. I was surprised that most of the installer crew were previous installers and employees at Tesla with many years of experience. We were the first Solar Roof V3R install, and Tesla even had an onsite trainer and supervisor. We have been operating for 5 months and have had no issues whatsoever. The SPAN app & Tesla app are both easy to use and understand & provide tons of information. All in all, I would recommend Mo & his team to anyone interested in solar.

After signing, Zain and Amanda provided outstanding project management, keeping me informed and ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to installation. Their communication and attention to detail were top-notch. Damien handled the electrical work and SPAN panel install with the utmost professionalism, working efficiently and with great care. The entire team made the process seamless, and the system is performing perfectly. I highly recommend GFE to anyone considering a solar and battery setup like mine!
