Sol-Ark HQ

I started this solar venture 18 months ago, I started with a 24volt system for my chicken coop. And now my whole house is on solar. From the start everyone was talking about sol ark. I can't say enough good things about my sol ark 15k inverter. I call it a super computer from nasa. I love it.

I have a 15K Sol-ark which is exactly what I needed(flexible). When it's working my expectations are met ,does everything I need. I've had an ark fault issue since new ,which shuts down the system. It's progressively getting more sensitive. I have check all 120 connections of my system and I have found loose connections (no visual signs of arc) . But the arc fault still shows up. My panels have been covered in 6" of snow with 0 production and gone down on arc fault. In the middle of the night arc fault. I'm pretty sure the arc fault board is faulty (lol) and offered to buy a new one to try. But I have had little help from Sol ark support they just don't have the knowledge. They use AI to respond to your inquiries and close the tickets before the issue is resolved. Poor overall. But I still love my inverter ☆☆Update☆☆ So my little review here got me the attention I needed . I got a senior tech who looked over my system drawings. He pointed out almost immediately that optimizers were not supported by Sol-ark and that I should turn them off. Wham faults gone no issues. Thank you Dalton.

En el día de hoy llamé para actualizar y corregir los parámetros de mi sistema Sol Ark ya que estaba desprogramado, .me atendió el asociado Sergio Ceballos, el cual mostró conocimiento y dominio de su trabajo. Me orientó y me guió a través de la aplicación, con u a comunicación efectiva y muy profesional….. resolviendo el problema existente….. Gracias Sr. Ceballos Today I called to update and correct the parameters of my Sol-Ark system since it was unprogrammed. I was assisted by associate Sergio Ceballos, who demonstrated knowledge and mastery of his work. He guided and oriented me through the application with effective and very professional communication, successfully resolving the existing issue…..thank you Mr Ceballos

We've had a Sol-Ark 15K inverter (with Homegrid batteries) in an off-grid system for a couple months and it has worked flawlessly. Our installer had to have some guidance from tech support to get an ethernet cable to work, and I've contacted the support line and the Sol-Ark technicians have been very patient and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better product and service.

Tuve un percance con el inversor el cual en MundoSolar no me quisieron ayudar y molesto llame a SATecnicos de Ayuda y cane recalcar el caballerom Sergio Ceballos desde la llamada 1 hasta final fue todo un PROOO !!!! Su ayuda , disposicion y continuidad me bajaron el humor y la manera de pensar de la marca . Empleados como el deben ser mencionados que son los pocos que jalan la soga duro por auidar al conaumidor dentro de todo lo que pueden . Gracias Sergio
