Trucking Companies avoid coming on their properties. I have been hauling solar panels for them for 2 weeks now. There is no order or structure in the way they unload trucks get stuck on unpaved road. I have been stuck and had to be pulled out 4 times. You can there up to 8 hours. I'm never going back again
