I want to start out by saying that Eugene and his team have been amazing for me from the beginning to the end of my renovations. From our initial encounter to the finish touches, Eugene has always maintained the highest of professional standards. The finished product is better than I could ever imagine showing someone who takes great pride in their work. From putting my thoughts and making them a reality, he guided me and even made some wonderful suggestions of his own. You can tell how passionate he was about making a place beautiful and feel like home. I must say his work is one thing but his patience and understanding through tough situations regarding approval from a co-op board is what really made him stand out. Many contractors could put together a beautiful product that any of us would be happy to call home. But his handling of facing constant delays, over bearing superintendent, and unresponsive property management team really set him apart. I must say he handled the difficulties of renovations in a coop building with grace and professionalism. He constantly went out of his way to help speed things along regardless of tough circumstances. I have already recommended him to friends of mine and will gladly continue to do so. There aren’t enough compliments or stars I can give for Eugene and his team. I couldn’t be happier.

I’m very happy with the work done by Top Iconic Contractors! They did a full bathroom renovation — including demolition, leveling and preparing the walls for new tiles, updating plumbing , electrical, replaced with the new light fixtures. Upgraded the living room, sanded and refinished the floors, replaced with the new base boarders. The vintage kitchen countertop and cabinets were replaced with a modern design. The team was professional, organized, and detail-oriented. Communication was smooth, and the entire project went forward without delays.
