Jerry's communication was on point with everything and explained each step in detail he made sure we were satisfied with each service. Extremely friendly, they replaced my roof in one day and made it a painless process for me. The price was competitive but I didn’t feel like I had to sacrifice on quality which I really appreciate.

Despite the name, Reliable Roofing was anything but reliable. They kept rescheduling at the last minute, and I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. Very poor communication throughout.

The crew from Reliable Roofing showed up late and unprepared. I asked for a simple update, and the response was rude and dismissive. Definitely didn’t live up to the "reliable" part of their name.
