He took the time to do an assessment of my roof, more importantly reviewed the entire process and all of the materials and options I had. Travis from Storm Guard came to my house, inspected my roof and assisted me in working with my insurance company to file a claim and get approved for a new roof. He was great to work with and showed a lot of respect and care during the entire process. once I was approved, I worked with Eric who made the rest of the process just as easy. All I had to do was file the claim, communicate with my adjuster from time to time, and Eric took care of the rest. The roofing crew was very professional and hardworking. they completed the full roof replacement in one day and went above and beyond to take care of cleanup and other repairs. If you’re in the market for a new roof, I would recommend going with Storm Guard for the easiest and most pleasant experience.

I needed some maintenance work on my roof so I reached out to 3 roofing companies with Storm Guard of Charlotte being one of them. Storm Guard was head and shoulders above the rest. Issac contacted me to set up a roof inspection on October 10th, 2025. He arrived on time, and after some brief introductory discussion he went up and inspected the roof. Upon completion he came down with pictures showing me what he had found that he recommended needed to be done. At that point I informed him of a couple of things that I knew needed to be done that I wanted him to look at which he did. He then went and sat in his truck to work up the estimate in detail, right then and there. I thought wow that is interesting no one has ever done it RIGHT then. I must admit that I was a little skeptical but I thought ok let's see what he can produce that quickly. Boy, was I blown away, in about an hour he laid out a complete scope of work in great detail of exactly what the job entailed, with pictures of the roof highlighting all areas of work (with yellow arrows) where the work would be performed. The estimate also included proof of insurance, as well as, contractor license registered with the state. It was complete and required almost no back in forth. I did have a couple of clarifying questions that I asked Issac over the next few days and he was very responsive. From a process standpoint, Storm Guard has it down. They set up a secure customer portal (with just your phone number) for you to be able to review your estimate, message the company with questions for any needed revisions, and from there you can e-sign the document to approve the work. You can also pay them via ACH directly from the Portal. It could not be any easier. Once the contract is approved, the work was scheduled about ~ 2 weeks out. My roof maintenance was scheduled for November 6th, 2025 (last Thursday) which was longer than 2 weeks because of my follow up questions etc or it would have been sooner. They provided a detailed PDF with what to expect the day of the Maintenance which was very helpful. On November 6th, Nelson the assistant production manager came to do the work. He was well versed in the estimate and ALL the work that was required to be performed and got right to work. Another gentleman Andrew joined him in helping with some carpentry work that was required. I later found out he was the owner of the company but as far as I knew he was there to work and he did. We had a really nice chat. That is just how dedicated and professional they are. At the end of the day around 3:30, Nelson nocked on my door to walk me through all of the work he performed and showed me all the pictures after the work was performed including the issues that I knew I had that he had fixed. It is great to have Nelson walk me through it so I fully understood what was done. All photos were uploaded to the portal so you have a complete chronology of the job step by step. I can tell you that I had some rotten wood soffits etc. that needed to be replaced and painted. They did it all. I was very pleased. None of the other companies I reached out to had that level of detail, process, or scope of work AND were that competitive in terms of price. Other companies took a couple of weeks to complete an estimate that was no where near the level of detail or price competitive that Storm Guard provided. Also, Storm Guard covered all of my 4 roof ventilation vents with perma-boots covers over them to prevent any leakage going forward. That really got my attention as they were the only company that offered that feature. It is great to compare estimates from a couple of companies, I did, but Storm Guard was head and shoulders above the rest by an order of magnitude. I would use them again. Bob N.

I found storm guard roofing of charlotte, in the Best pick report for lake Norman neighborhoods. Very easy to make an appointment, the tech was on time, and very friendly. Showed him the leak, he explained what needed to be done, and was able to take care of it on the spot. No hard selling, or pushiness. I felt he was very honest with me, he took photos of the issue while on the roof and showed them to me. I would definitely use this company again.

A truly professional experience from start to finish. The crew did an amazing job in the July heat and the in person follow up to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction was the cherry on top. We were also happy that Storm Guard honored our insurance estimate as we had to pay mostly out of pocket. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a roof replacement!

I was concerned about storm damage to my roof after discovering a my neighbor suffered damages. Isaac came over for a free assessment and great news - his photos and report indicate that my roof is in good shape! Honest, professional, responsive, and great communication throughout the process.
