Great company. My system has been great. The installers were great and very knowledgeable. Communication has been outstanding. I love the continued service even after my install. We have solar panels that needed to be taken down, so we could put on a new roof. It was all very overwhelming, but Scenic City Solar was there to answer all my questions. Rebecca is an amazing coordinator and answered the phone every time I called with all of my questions. The team that came to take down and then reinstall were wonderful. The weather was horrible every day they were here, but just worked through it to get our home back to normal. Thank you again for helping us and getting everything up and running in our home.

The install process was rough and had to get a new roof. I do not recommend using their "recommended" roofers. Now i had fuses blow in my battery which the parts are covered but "labor" for changing fuses is $750 which is insane considering how much i already paid for my system The owner claims i tinkered with my system in which i didnt and i would be extremely impressed if it took someone 4 hours to change a fuse that i was informed that was informed that generac had issues with and was replacing with a different part. Imagine being a business owner and blaming defective parts on the customer.

Scenic city solar is great. They know what they are doing when it comes to solar. They answer any questions you have. They walk you through your system. They also monitor your system for any issues. That's definitely been a peace of mind. I higly recommend scenic city solar

I had Scenic City Solar take down my system for a roof repair. They were efficient and did a great job. My original system was sold as 7kw. Ray in looking at the system pointed out the previous installer put in a 4kw inverter and did not put in anywhere close to 7kw of panels. For a very competitive price they fixed my system and upgraded me to the correct inverter. They accommodated my schedule. The only hitch was not their fault; product back order.
