RBI has by far the worst solar products in the industry. I have worked in solar for over ten years now and have seen multiple products by RBI. There products are junk, most solar sites they produce are not even manageable after about the 2 year mark. There customer service is crap, when you try to make a claim with RBI they will keep deferring you to someone else until you get frustrated and quit contacting them. If you’re looking for a maintainable solar system you might want to stay away from this company. They are renowned for causing millions of dollar headaches in the solar industry. This company is the Temu of the solar industry. WARNING WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Great ! Fast unloading and loading.
There starting to slip on unloading trucks over 2.5hours for 2 truck like they have no Ambition to unload trucks
Very poor sales process, zero contact via phone or email. There were 1.8 MW worth of projects we wanted to get pricing for and it's been a complete pain to get anyone to even provide a quote. Its a miracle this company is in business.
4 hours put on the road to get loaded very slow place no contact very very bad. 4hrs still not loaded
