If this company is involved in installation of your solar panels or equipment, please stop what you are doing and cancel it. They will install faulty equipment and blame it on everyone else but themselves. They will then charge you to take a look claim their is nothing they can do and have to order parts. Then they will claim that its not their fault add extra charges and say well its not our fault. Every step of the way has been a total scam. The planning and "technitions" they dispatch to your house will not be prepared for any job. Also its a blown fuse and it has been 3 months. I would love a rebuttle from the company because all i have heard so far is excuses. Like I said before total scam.

I had to get a new inverter under warranty. Natalie was helpful in ordering a replacement inverter. The inverter is installed and we are back to no kWh charges on our monthly bill. Thank you Natalie and Dana.

I thought I would receive better service but I waited 4 months for my solar to work and it’s still has issues. Brian is a person that doesn’t keep his word and I am paying the price so NO I don’t recommend this company to anyone who would like to go solar but I do recommend to go solar. I don’t trust this company and I’m suck with them for 25 years. The installers were very nice and professional so it’s not on them but on the management team that doesn’t keep their words. Good luck to anyone that uses them.

I have never in my life dealt with such immaturity, incompetence, and unprofessionalism. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I’ve been waiting nearly three weeks just to get a schedule for the uninstallation of my solar panels so I can proceed with a necessary roof repair. When I became understandably fed up and requested to speak with a supervisor, the representative, Kristen, falsely claimed to be a manager. To make matters worse, when my husband followed up, she mocked him and laughed in his face. She refused to provide information and showed a complete lack of respect and accountability. Kristen, who is representing this company, should not be in any customer-facing role. She lacks knowledge of the process, misrepresented her credentials, and demonstrated zero professionalism. When I asked for a refund of my deposit so I could take my business elsewhere, she responded vaguely and said that was "another process"—clearly having no idea what she was talking about. I am deeply disturbed and disgusted by how we were treated. I had even considered referring my mother to this company for solar panel installation, but after this experience, that will never happen—not in a million years. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

Hoping that maybe a review will get someone's attention as I have sent 2 emails in regards to paying a invoice so that a technician can come back out and fix our solar panels. We have now paid for 2 months with non working panels.

I bought my system almost 2 years ago and it has been great till the 28th of January when it developed a problem and shut down. I called and within 2 weeks a technician arrived and fixed it but within a couple of hours it stopped again. I can't get the company to come fix it and they tell me if another company dies the repair, I will lose my warranty. it has now been over three months, I have no solar and they are doing nothing, not even explaining why they won't come out. I am so sorry I ever purchased from them.AT THIS POINT I WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR.
